Today I met a first year surgical resident that will be training under me. As of yet, I have no idea what to think of this guy. He's a civilian. But I work with civilians all the time, it's very common in the medical field. But this guy... I don't like him. Which is the understatement of the century. Can you believe he marched into my office ready to demand changes to the department because I don't run things the way he thinks I should. I had to lay down the law. I think I might have put the fear of god into him. I'll have to see how this one goes.
